In the afternoon of November 12, the "one-stop" service affairs seminar of Graduate School was held in the conference room 520 of Administration Building, with more than 20 participants, including Deputy Director Deng Yuntao of President Office, Deputy Secretary Sun Li of the CUG Committee of CPC, Deputy Minister Lu Jinge of Human Resources Office, Deputy Director Li Qi of Informatization Office, and faculties in charge of different offices of Graduate School. The seminar was chaired by Hong Jun, vice dean of Graduate School.
Deng Yuntao introduced the experience and research findings of the informatization office of fellow universities such as Xidian University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, etc. He addressed that to deepen the reform in CUG through informatization is a key initiative to promote a high-quality development. According to the learning content of “I do practical things for the public” in the Party history education, Sun Li asked everyone to carefully sort out a work list to improve the service quality and level for faculties and students. Li Qi expressed that a work model of “online plus offline” should be adopted to obtain feedback on problems and difficulties encountered by faculties and students when serviced, so as to explore new methods for better work quality and endeavor to share the fruit of informatization services with all users as much as possible. Zhang Lei from the Information Management Section of President Office gave feedback on the “one-stop” service of Graduate School. Participants discussed in depth and in detail the granularity, textual descriptions and workflow of affairs.
On behalf of Graduate School, Hong Jun extended thanks to the CUG leaders and faculties for presence and suggestions, and expressed that further improvement in service will be advanced in accordance with the requirements of the school's "one-stop" service construction. Graduate School will cooperate with the relevant departments to combine informatization with the services for students and faculties, thus achieving mutual integration and mutual promotion between Party building and office operation. In order to deliver support for CUG informatization construction, the staff from Graduate School should remove the bottleneck in informatization to meet the need of faculties and students for a higher level of satisfaction.
